The former Antique Emporium building in downtown Eau Claire was originally a Masonic Temple constructed in 1899. The building is an adaptive reuse project that will be used for coworking space, leasing and retail.
Re-View fabricated historic wood window replicas and replacement sashes for the historical building. The replicas were constructed of sapele mahogany and were manufactured to match the profiles of the original windows. The only difference between the original windows and Re-View’s replicas was the inclusion of high-performance insulated glass and modern weather stripping. Re-View’s field team successfully installed the units, helping to restore the building.
The highlight of the project were the two large arched windows that sit on Barstow St.
