Fannin County Courthouse

The current structure of the Fannin County Courthouse in Bonham, Texas was constructed in 1889 and then modernized in 1965. The modernization in the 1960’s that had completely changed the architectural style of the building. The intent of this preservation project, completed in 2022, was to return this magnificent building back to its original grandeur.

Re-View was selected to produce and manufacture historically accurate wood window replicas for the project. Re-View designed a true divided light, pulley and counterweight, operable hung windows based upon historic architectural drawings. The windows were fabricated from sapele mahogany with high-performance insulated glazing to upgrade the energy performance of the building.

The windows for the courthouse received a custom factory finish. Re-View has vast experience in applying custom finishes to the interior and exterior of the windows.
